Superservicios y Andesco otorgan a Surtigas premio por su estrategia de servicio

Surtigas es una compañía que opera en los departamentos de Sucre, Córdoba, Bolívar y parte de Antioquia, y desde sus inicios ha centrado sus esfuerzos en la ejecución de la estrategia: Pasión por el Servicio.

26 de noviembre de 2020:   La iniciativa Pasión por el Servicio de Surtigas, filial de Promigas y empresa distribuidora de gas natural y otros servicios asociados, fue reconocida por la Superservicios y Andesco con el primer puesto en la categoría Gran Prestador – Funcionamiento de las oficinas presenciales o virtuales de atención.

Este reconocimiento, entregado en el marco del Quinto Seminario de Servicio al Cliente, reconoce la estrategia de Surtigas que está soportada en el modelo de gestión que busca conectar a todo el equipo humano de la compañía con un propósito superior: transformar vidas a través del servicio.

“Este logro es fruto de un esfuerzo sostenido por parte de todo el equipo humano de Surtigas, quienes trabajan con pasión para posicionar a la compañía como una de las mejores empresas de servicios públicos en Colombia”, expresó Santiago Mejía, Gerente General de Surtigas.

Surtigas es una compañía que opera en los departamentos de Sucre, Córdoba, Bolívar y parte de Antioquia, y desde sus inicios ha centrado sus esfuerzos en la ejecución de la estrategia: Pasión por el Servicio, desarrollando soluciones competitivas a través de la innovación y la consolidación de una cultura interna orientada al servicio.

Esta estrategia también incluye mejoras significativas en las plataformas tecnológicas como la web, los digiturnos, el call center, el desarrollo de apps, las mejora en las salas de atención y la implementación de un modelo de excelencia operacional.
