Vanti crea un nuevo plan de asistencias y premios para los hogares colombianos

Vanti Amigo y Mundo Vanti son la nueva apuesta que busca ampliar los servicios de la empresa en materia de protección, asistencias de plomería, cerrajería, electricidad, todero, asistencias para el servicio de gas, tele consulta médica, amparo por muerte accidental, asistencia de previsión exequial, programación y pago de la Revisión Periódica, así como un plan de beneficios y fidelización.

14 de abril de 2021.    Con el objetivo de estar más cerca a sus usuarios, contribuir a la equidad, la reducción de barreras en la sociedad y ofrecer beneficios económicos a los que puedan acceder más personas de los estratos 1, 2 y 3, más allá del gas natural, Vanti renovó su producto de asistencias y creó un plan de beneficios.

Por esta razón, lanzó el producto Vanti Amigo, a través del cual las personas podrán contar con servicios de protección, seguridad, asistencias de plomería, cerrajería, electricidad, todero, asistencias para el servicio de gas, tele consulta médica, amparo por muerte accidental, asistencia de previsión exequial, programación y pago de la Revisión Periódica, que pueden cancelar mensualmente por un precio económico y a través de la factura del servicio de gas natural.

Además de las asistencias se estructuró un programa de lealtad de Vanti denominado Mundo Vanti, que busca premiar la preferencia de los clientes, especialmente aquellos que hacen buen uso del servicio de gas natural, a través de una escala de beneficios que van a estar clasificados de acuerdo con el número de productos adicionales que adquieran. 

De acuerdo con Andrés Hadad, vicepresidente de Hogar de Vanti, el carácter de inclusión social que tiene esta nueva propuesta es muy definido, de lo que se desprende una amplia variedad de asistencias con una arquitectura de costos pensada en que realmente sean accesibles, sobre todo de los estratos uno, dos y tres.

“Por ello, Vanti entra a redefinir la categoría de asistencias para cambiar el concepto de que sólo las personas con cierta capacidad económica pueden estar protegidas ante eventualidades, la diferencia ahora es que esta oferta es para todos y para que la población que ya cuenta con gas natural de Vanti se sienta más tranquila”. puntualizó Hadad.

Vanti cuenta actualmente con 3,3 millones de clientes que tienen servicio de gas natural en su hogar, con base en esto, se proyecta un 80% de clientes potenciales a los que la compañía ofrecerá estos productos acordes a sus necesidades, estrato y poder adquisitivo para brindar posibilidades y mecanismos de amparo frente a eventos inesperados, y trabajar así a favor de la reducción de barreras en la sociedad.
