Fabricante chino lanza bus de pila de combustible de hidrógeno

Yuan Cheng, marca subsidiaria de Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group (GCV), lanzó el autobús de cero emisiones F12. Es el primer vehículo comercial de Geely que utiliza tecnología de pilas de combustible de hidrógeno.

14 de junio de 2019.   El nuevo autobús urbano F12 impulsado por hidrógeno fue desarrollado por GCV en respuesta a la nueva política energética nacional de China y como parte de la continua investigación y desarrollo de Geely en tecnologías de pilas de combustible. El combustible de hidrógeno tiene varias ventajas importantes, como la disponibilidad y el respeto al medio ambiente.

El bus F12 adopta la tecnología de pilas de combustible de clase mundial. En las pruebas operativas arrojó una tasa de consumo de energía de 7,5 kg de hidrógeno por cada 100 km. Un tanque lleno es suficiente para la operación de todo el día. A través de pruebas ambientales extremas, como calor, frío y gran altitud, la tecnología de pila de combustible de hidrógeno ha demostrado ser muy adaptable.

Luego de 10 minutos de repostar, este bus puede recorrer más de 500 km. Junto con una alta capacidad de pasajeros, también tiene las ventajas de ser silencioso y económico.

Además de sus ventajas de cero emisiones y bajo consumo de energía, el F12 también viene con un diseño atractivo, un interior cómodo y múltiples funciones inteligentes. El modelo está disponible en versiones de 10,5 y 12 metros de largo.

En términos de funcionalidad inteligente, el bus viene con monitoreo remoto en tiempo real, advertencia de condición de la carretera, diagnóstico remoto de fallas y otras características para ayudar a las compañías a programar y administrar su flota.

Los buses comerciales de Geely se producen en dos plantas en Nanchong, Sichuan, y en Jinzhong, Shanxi, que pueden satisfacer las necesidades de producción en el norte y sur de China. “Siempre nos esforzaremos por crear los vehículos más seguros, ecológicos y energéticamente eficientes del mundo”, dijo Lin Xiaohu, director general adjunto de Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group, durante el lanzamiento.
