La nueva Junta Directiva de respalda al equipo directivo de Ecopetrol y coforma los comités de diracción.

28 de octubre de 2022.   La nueva Junta Directiva de Ecopetrol, elegida en Asamblea Extraordinaria de Accionistas el 24 de octubre pasado, en su sesión del 27 de octubre de 2022 realizó la designación de Carlos Gustavo Cano Sanz como presidente de la Junta Directiva y de Mauricio Cabrera Galvis como vicepresidente de la Junta Directiva.

Además, la Junta Directiva manifestó su respaldo al equipo directivo de la Compañía, en cabeza de su presidente Felipe Bayón Pardo.

La Junta Directiva igualmente aprobó la conformación de sus comités de apoyo de la siguiente forma:

La Junta Directiva también designó a María Paula Camacho Rozo como vicepresidente de Asuntos Corporativos y Secretaria General a partir del 27 de octubre de 2022. Camacho ha estado encargada de esta vicepresidencia desde el 18 de agosto de 2022, es abogada de la Universidad Javeriana, especialista en derecho comercial de la Universidad de Paris. Cuenta con 24 años de experiencia en el Grupo Ecopetrol, dentro de los cuales se ha desempeñado como Secretaria General de Cenit y Ocensa, y como gerente Jurídica de Nuevos Negocios y Corporativo de Ecopetrol.
