La Agencia Nacional de Licencias Ambientales otorgó la licencia al parque solar Guayepo que estará ubicado en el municipio de Ponedera en Atlántico y será el más grande de Colombia. Enel Green Power Colombia invertirá alrededor de 300 millones de dólares en la construcción y puesta en marcha de la granja.

24 de junio de 2021.   El proyecto solar Guayepo de Enel Green Power Colombia y su línea de conexión, recibieron laLicencia Ambiental por parte de La Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA). Esta será la planta fotovoltaica más grande del país y estará ubicada en el municipio de Ponedera en Atlántico.

El proyecto, que contará con una inversión de alrededor de 300 millones de dólares, estará conectado al Sistema Interconectado Nacional a través de una línea de conexión de aproximadamente 9 Km con la subestación Sabanalarga.

Contará con una capacidad de 491 MWdc (408.03 MWac), en una extensión de alrededor de 1.300 hectáreas y estará dotado con tecnología policristalino bifacial, que permite a los paneles absorber la radiación directa e indirecta por ambas caras.

“Para Enel Green Power Colombia, recibir esta licencia ambiental constituye un gran hito pues representa la posibilidad de construir la segunda granja solar de la Compañía y la más grande en construcción y capacidad en el país. Este gran reto aportará a la diversificación de la matriz energética, generando más energía con fuentes renovables no convencionales”, aseguró Adrian Dugulan, responsable de Desarrollo de Proyectos de Enel Green Power Colombia.

Con este avance de la Licencia Ambiental, la Compañía espera que el proceso de construcción se inicie en el segundo semestre de 2021 y entre en operación en la segunda mitad de 2023.

Adicionalmente, se iniciarán los procesos de socialización de la licencia ambiental con las comunidades involucradas en el proyecto.
